Spring is a season of awakening. A time of aliveness. Insects are hatching, birds are chirping, the ground is thawing, the sun bathes everything in a rejuvenating, energized light. Here on the western slope of Colorado we still have a significant amount of snow on the ground and we won’t see an abundance of wildflowers for the next couple of months. However, you can smell the fertile earth in the gentle breeze, and you can feel the coming warmth in┬áthe suns growing intensity.
