Enjoying a smoothie each morning has become a daily routine over the last 5 years for me. It is vital to my all around well-being and without it I feel off-balanced. My own health journey really started to take shape about 5 years ago. Growing up I was an extremely picky eater – my diet consisted mainly of cheerios and bowls of peas.
