Daily Smoothie

Enjoying a smoothie each morning has become a daily routine over the last 5 years for me. It is vital to my all around well-being and without it I feel off-balanced. Hey, its not just for granola eating hippies! Wellness doesn’t have to be so serious, have fun with it! What goes into my morning smoothie typically varies by whats in my kitchen, seasonal fruits/veggies or whatever is growing in my indoor garden.
